CAMERON COUNTY, Texas — The maker of the popular party game Cards Against Humanity is accusing Elon Musk's SpaceX of trespassing on and damaging a plot of vacant land the company owns in Texas.

On Tuesday, the Federal Aviation Administration levied proposed fines of hundreds of millions of dollars against SpaceX for violations related to rocket launches last year. Soon after, Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of the commercial rocket and satellite company, threatened legal action to fight the citations.

The lawsuit alleges Musk’s aerospace company took over land the game maker bought in 2017 to interfere with then-President Donald Trump’s border wall.

CAH, known for its well-meaning publicity stunts, has sued the space company over allegedly using a plot of land in Texas belonging to the game company. In 2017, it fundraised a bunch of money to purchase a plot of land on the Texas-Mexico border, making it impossible for then-President Donald Trump to complete his long-promised border wall.

Space Suit SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has long taunted fellow tech titan Jeff Bezos and his commercial space company Blue Origin over the years, culminating in Musk name calling it "Sue Origin" in June when Bezos' business filed a complaint with the government in a bid to limit launches of SpaceX's Starship.
