The Last of Us Part II Remastered: One single PS5 Pro mode at 4K60, PSSR-upscaled from 1440p. On original PS5, only offered native 4K30 or 1440p60. It’s clearly far sharper than 1440p60 (the grass!) and far smoother than 4K30. Some slight details in the original native 4K30 arguably look better.

The PS5 Pro is coming, and Sony continues to promise that it's a "big deal," and now, it has its dev teams saying so too.

The show is taking place just two days before preorders for the PS5 Pro are available. Sony’s initial presentation about the PS5 Pro was a little lacking, so hopefully we’ll get some better looks at games that will be enhanced by the new console.

When the PlayStation 5 launched, fans expected a higher level of fidelity in games. The previous generation already pushed visuals to near Pixar-like quality and many expected that this could be the console where visuals would move up another notch thanks to ray-tracing.
